Now in its 20th year, the Chief Learning Officer and Chief Talent Officer (CLO/CTO) Breakfast Club event series continues to connect leaders over breakfast to strengthen the link between L&D, talent management and business strategy.
In 2022, we introduced a new format to this popular series hosted by Chief Learning Officer and Chief Talent Officer. The format features regular virtual mini-events starring top learning and talent leaders. In response to the incredible reception of 2022, we are pleased to continue this format this year.
Each mini-event lasts about two hours and consists of a 60-minute panel discussion with L&D and talent practitioners, a 20-minute FASTtalk presentation and a 20-minute research segment, garnering real-time data from attendees and prompting discussion of the day's themes, followed by closing remarks from Chief Learning Officer and Chief Talent Officer's editorial staff.
Many organizations talk about learning culture, but few are truly successful in embedding it. This panel explores behavior-change models, incentives, manager enablement and cultural levers needed to build a learning ecosystem where development becomes second nature and learning keeps pace with the speed of change.
