According to a recent article from Forbes, IBM and Constellation Brands are among the latest in a wave of corporations retreating from DEI policies amid pressure to comply with President Trump’s executive orders. An IBM internal memo addressing the company's shifts in supplier diversity goals and executive compensation tied to diversity hiring goals cited “inherent tensions in practicing inclusion,” Bloomberg reports.
