Kristi has served in several global enterprise VP roles on executive leadership teams from within Operations, Sales and Marketing, Technology Manufacturing, SaaS. and of course, the People/HR Function. Kristi brings a breadth of expertise in learning and talent strategy including competency architecture, upskilling, HRIS and learning technologies, AI in L&D, learning operations, metrics, learning reinforcement, assessments, certifications and solution design, development, and facilitation. On the broader Talent side, Kristi has led employee engagement, companywide OKRs, performance management, recognition, succession planning, career pathways, talent marketplace and company alumni network capability design and implementations.
Kristi has also worked across many industries, including semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, publishing, OEM manufacturing and global maintenance and service, higher education, nonprofits, artificial Intelligence LLM Services, SaaS, and commercial construction.
She has served as a judge for the Learning Elite awards, and her organizations and their programs have won industry awards including Brandon Hall Excellence Gold and Silver, CLO Magazine Learning in Practice awards, eLearning Magazine Top 100, ATD, and others. She is also a three-time ONCON ICON Top 100 Learning Leader.
Kristi holds an MS in Occupational and Adult Education with an emphasis on Human Resource Development. She is a certified DEI advocate, certified change management practitioner, Hogan HPI instrument assessor/coach, and is an ICF ACC credentialed executive coach. She lives in Phoenix, Arizona but escapes the summer heat in Laguna Woods, California. She has two adult children with her husband of 36 years, and enjoys traveling, cooking and throwing clay on a pottery wheel.
